Race registration will be conducted in three distinct periods:

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

• Online Registration: All entries must be completed via the online registration system.

• Terms and Conditions: By registering, athletes are deemed to have accepted the Official Race Rules and Regulations.

• Health Declaration: A mandatory health declaration must be approved during the registration process.

Kit Collection Rules:

• Kits will only be distributed on the specified dates (19-20 June).

• There will be no kit collection on race day.

• Kits must be collected in person upon presentation of a valid ID.

• Mass Start System: The race will be conducted using a mass start system (single start).

• Designated Start Corrals: Athletes must start only from their assigned start corrals/gates.

• Organization Authority: The event organizers reserve the right to modify the corral layout or gate assignments if necessary.

• 23:00 – Full Course Closure to Vehicular Traffic 

• 23:00 – Event Village / Assembly Area Opens 

• 23:30 – Bag Drop / Gear Check Deadline 

• 23:59 – 21K Start / Gun Time 

• 01:00 – Reopening of the Bridge to Traffic 

• 01:10 – Estimated Finish Time for 21K Winner 

• 02:00 – 21K Awards Ceremony 

• 03:00 – 21K Race Cut-off / Event Conclusion 

• 03:30 – Full Course Reopening to Traffic 

• Athletes crossing the finish line will be directed to the Medal Area.

• Bag drop services will be available within the finish area.

• Official rankings and classifications will be determined based on Net Time (Chip Time).

• The Official Results will be announced and published on the event’s official website.

• Any appeals or objections regarding the results must be submitted within the specified timeframe.

• The Awards Ceremony schedule and program details will be announced at a later date.
