Security measures throughout the event will be organized by the Istanbul Police Department.

The organizing team, private security personnel, and volunteers will assist the police officers during the event.

The course will be closed to vehicle and pedestrian traffic throughout the race.

Medical services throughout the race will be provided in accordance with international road race standards.

An ambulance will be stationed every 5 kilometers along the course, and a medical tent will also be available at the finish area.

Water will be distributed to the athletes at the 5K point of the course and at the finish area.

The total time limit for the half marathon has been set at 3 hours. After the designated time limit expires, the course may be gradually reopened to traffic.

The race will start in front of Capitol Shopping Mall in Altunizade and proceed towards Çamlıca.

The course will continue via the 15 July Martyrs Bridge junction, the 15 July Martyrs Bridge, Beşiktaş exit, Barbaros Boulevard, Beşiktaş Square, and then along the coastal road towards Karaköy via Beşiktaş Street, Dolmabahçe Street, passing Dolmabahçe Palace, Meclis-i Mebusan Street, Kabataş, Fındıklı, Salıpazarı, Tophane, Kemeraltı Street, Karaköy, Galata Bridge, and Eminönü.

Continuing along the coastline towards Eyüp, the route follows Ragıp Gümüşpala Street, Küçükpazar, the Atatürk Boulevard underpass, Abdülezelpaşa Street, Cibali, and the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Haliç Sanat Fener Evleri, where a U-turn will be made.

The course then returns towards Eminönü via Abdülezelpaşa Street, passing Cibali Police Station, Kadir Has University, the Atatürk Boulevard underpass, Ragıp Gümüşpala Street, Küçükpazar, Eminönü Square, Reşadiye Street, Sirkeci, and the İDO ferry terminal.

It continues along Kennedy Street towards Yenikapı, passing Sarayburnu, Cankurtaran, and Ahırkapı, reaching the second U-turn point at Ahırkapı shoreline (Boukoleon Palace area), then returning towards Sirkeci.

The race will finish along the coastal road in front of the lower entrance of Gülhane Park.
